Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: March 14, 2026

1. Service Description

The Tool provides an automated assessment of hotel website direct booking performance across 10 parameters including search visibility, booking experience, and conversion strength. The Tool analyses publicly available data and generates a score, diagnostic report, and recommendations.

2. Intended Use

The Tool is designed for use by hotel owners, operators, general managers, revenue managers, and hospitality professionals to evaluate their property's direct booking capability. It is intended for single-property, independent hotel websites only. Global chain websites, OTA platforms, and non-hotel websites are not supported.

3. No Guarantee of Results

All scores, projections, revenue estimates, and recommendations provided by the Tool are indicative only. They are based on publicly available data, user-provided inputs, and industry benchmarks at the time of the audit. They do not constitute a guarantee of performance, revenue, or any specific outcome. Actual results will vary based on market conditions, property-specific factors, and implementation quality.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

  • Traffic estimates are modelled, not measure.
  • Content and UX analysis combines automated checks with AI-based assessment
  • Some parameters may be scored as zero if external data sources are temporarily unavailable

We recommend using the audit as one input among several when making commercial decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Tool, its design, scoring methodology, algorithms, and all associated content are the intellectual property of dhi Hospitality. You may not reproduce, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Tool or its outputs without prior written consent.
